1. FILL IN THE RETURN FORM

Click on your country of residence and fill out the return slip:

2. PRINT THE RETURN NOTE + PACK THE PACKAGE

Please pack the goods properly. Then please print out the return slip and stick it on the shipping carton.

Please also include either the completed cancellation form or your printed invoice in the package. You can download your invoice via your order confirmation email.

3. TAKE PACKAGE AWAY

You can drop off the package at a Deutsche Post branch, a DHL Packstation or a DHL Paketbox. You can find locations near you using the location search on www.dhl.de.

4. REFUND

We will do our best to process your return and initiate a refund as quickly as possible. It can take up to 10 days after the goods arrive in our warehouse for us to do this. You will receive an automated email regarding your refund.
